Holistic Hospice
Hospice care treats the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of the patient, and the hospice team works directly with Legato Living to ensure the highest quality of life care is provided.
Legato Living partners with trained professionals, including registered nurses, social workers, chaplains, therapists, home health aides, volunteers, and others, who work together to provide comfort and support to our residents and their families.
One of the unique features of hospice care at Legato Living is that the patient does not need to move from our home. The hospice team will come to provide care and support, reducing the stress and anxiety that often comes with a move to a new location or a traditional nursing home.
Attentive Staff
The hospice team also works closely with the care partners at Legato Living to ensure that the resident’s quality of life is maintained. They provide specialized training to ensure that they are equipped to handle the unique needs of hospice patients. This training includes communication skills, pain management, and end-of-life care.
