Located in the peaceful Rockbrook area, just off Center Street and the I-680 North exit, this Legato home features a beautifully landscaped yard and elegant woodwork throughout.
With three fireplaces, rich wood finishes, library shelves, and plantation shutters in the spacious family room, residents will feel truly at home.
This ranch-style home offers four shared bedrooms and one private bedroom. It also includes four bathrooms, ensuring easy access from any room. The gourmet kitchen boasts elegant marble counters, while the dining room’s floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor patio provide residents with stunning views of the tranquil, mature landscaping in the backyard.
For those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, the size of the care environment is crucial. Large group settings can be overstimulating and overwhelming for individuals facing the confusion of dementia. At Legato Living at Rockbrook, residents can maintain the lifestyle they are familiar with while enjoying the comforts and amenities of a single-family home. My grandma has been living at legato for a few years now and I can’t put into words how thankful I am to have stumbled upon this place and these people while going through very difficult times and transitions with my grandma. They have been so supportive since day one helping me navigate through things making sure everything was thoroughly explained and handled correctly all of the time. My grandma was so very anxious moving out of her own home into legato as she does not speak great English and was concerned how communication would play out and in a short time all of the staff made it a point to develop a relationship with her and treat her as their own family and to understand her to the best of their ability. I am always being updated with any new information minor/major I never have to call and ask they always reach out. This staff goes above and beyond providing extra activities for the residents to be apart of and celebrating birthdays making this experience so much more special. I am convinced there is no better place in this world my grandma could have ended up to spend the final stages in her life. Thank you so much to Andy, Sherri and every other staff member who takes care of my grandma the way she has been taken care these past few years she is the number 1 person in my life and I seriously could not ask for anything more from this place and these people.

I’ve spent a lot of time on site at Legato Heartland Hills, and what’s most striking is how genuine the staff is in caring for residents. It is refreshing to see that kind of attention and compassion. The facility itself is a great mix, warm and home-like, while also providing the structure of a professional care unit. Every time I visit, I leave impressed with both the people and the environment they’ve created here.

My sister has been a memory-care resident @ Legato Living at Legacy exactly one year today. I’m so grateful for the small, family-centered atmosphere, and the individual care that the staff provides. I drop in to visit at different times of the day & am impressed with the almost-always peaceful atmosphere. This disease is challenging … Legato is helping our family walk thru it.

I was very blessed to find this place I feel it is the best place for him to be . It is in a home not an institution and it is bright and cheery with lots of windows. Bill feels very comfortable here and he gets excellent care. The staff are compassionate and caring. He gets homecooked meals and the place is very clean. Also the staff always let's me know if they notice a change in Bills health status. I can come visit him any time I want

In October of last year, we made the difficult decision to move our 88 year old father out of his home of 50 years. As a family we looked many places. Many of the locations could not take on the care he needed. Through Care Matrix we learned of Legato Heartland Hills. Even though our dad did not need memory care, 5 Minutes into the tour we knew this was the place for him. The home environment, friendly & qualified staff, impeccably clean living areas and a low number of residents made it perfect. Dad was safe, well cared for and loved. The care givers made ever accommodation for our dad and they worked with his hospice company to make sure he was comfortable, happy and safe. We were welcome to visit anytime and we even hosted Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner with our family at Legato. Unfortunately our dad passed away in January. Alicia, Greg and Alissa even came to our dad's wake. They will always have a place in our hearts for the fabulous care they gave one of the most important people in our lives.

My mother has been a resident at Legato for over a year now and we have been nothing but amazed and grateful for how much dedication the staff has for the residents. From the beginning my mother came in anxious and fearful, and now she is often found snoozing in the afternoon sunshine if they don’t have arts & crafts or a therapy animal visiting perhaps! Every staff member has made a point to meet my family, welcome us as one of them and offer support and love as the next stage of life has come to us. We are grateful and proud to say Legato is my mother’s final home and she will be taken care of as if she were a grandmother, sister, auntie, or mother of each of the wonderful people we have come in contact with here. We often find nutritious meals being prepared when we arrive or maybe just a little dance party for a birthday celebration happening. Each day is a blessing at this home and we will continue to celebrate each day we have together. I am forever grateful to Andy and his loving staff Sherri and Tiffani especially as they are often going above and beyond to ensure we are informed and invited to all house events. Thank you so much for helping ease the burden of these final days for us. It brings tears to my eyes she has gotten over her fears and is still so strong these days.

Every time I've been in Legato Living facilities the place is clean, smells fresh, and the residents always seem happy. I can tell the staff engages with them a lot which is great!

I had to find a place for my mom who was in hospice. I looked at a few places and was not impressed. I gave it one more try that day and saw the beautiful home in Scottsdale of Legato living. I was meet by Semka the manager who gave me the tour.
They had a wonderful private room for my mom that was perfect. The outside patio was nice to get some fresh air, and the house was so nicely decorated for Christmas. The staff took such good care of my mom making sure she was alright. I have a little Chihuahua Terrier mix who mom loved, and they allowed me to take him to see her. She would just light up and pet him every time we visited.
Ryan the owner is a great man. He made sure all the arrangements were in place and gives a fair price that matches or was less than others and others offer an inferior home.
My mom did pass as she was quite ill. Ryan and Semka were there for me and added comfort on a very sad day in my life.
If you are looking for a place for your loved one, do try them. You will not be sorry. Thank you again Legato Living. You are the best!

I have been extremely happy with Legato at 5 Fountains. I believe Joe gets more attention than he got at his last placement. He seems happier and the staff is amazing.

Our experience with Legato Living was remarkable. We could not have asked for a better care team to work with my sister in law. They provided her with love, compassion, and dignity.
The facility itself is clean and orderly with a true feeling of being in a comfortable home setting. The management is very involved and easily accessible. I would highly recommend Legato Living at Legacy.

I interviewed for their residential assisted living. They were super nice and they made me feel heard for sure. They’re very understanding and personable. We need more of these assisted livings. I would recommend.

My mom has lived at Legato Living at Five Fountains since April.
We looked at numerous memory care places in Omaha and feel like this is the perfect place for her. She is now somewhere that people genuinely care about her and are watching out for her.
The small staff to resident ratio is a huge plus. Definitely look here if your loved one needs care.

I have worked at this establishment for almost 2 years. To say that the owners, Andy and Srijana, go above and beyond for their staff, the residents and the family and friends of both is an understatement. Both homes under their care have warmth, love and compassion at the core of their values. The staff works diligently to care for the needs of each and every resident and makes it personal to each individual. I have enjoyed working here and look forward to the continued support I have from the owners and other staff. I feel fortunate to be employed here and cherish the moments with the residents and their families.

If you’re looking for a safe, secure, filled with love environment look no further, Legato Living at Five Fountain is the place for you or your loved one. I’ll recommend anyone to here in a heartbeat. Taylor and Cole Bopes are the best.

My mother in law moved to Legato in June 2023 shortly after it opened. By that point, she had been at 4 other Memory Care or Assisted Living facilities in the Omaha area due to her dementia and physical decline from several falls. She transitioned to hospice care in May. When she moved in, there were 2 full time care givers at all times for the 4 women. After more residents moved in, it still had a higher staff to resident ratio than anywhere else. The personal care she received and family style home cooked meals were really appreciated.
The staff, including owners Cole and Taylor, really got to know and care for her as she declined. The family was informed that the end was coming. All of the Legato team provided the support, sensitivity and understanding that was needed in those final 2 weeks.

Everyone is hands on and cares for the patients. Had my grandmother there for a few months and I trusted everyone with her care. They are the nicest people to work with and they are hard workers. I recommend place.

It is an absolute pleasure working with Alisha and her team at Legato Living Heartland Hills. They have the heart and compassion needed to care for older adults with memory deficits at end of life. The home is peaceful, safe, and would be the first place I would place my own mother if she needed care.

I feel so very fortunate to have found Legato Living at Five Fountains for my husband. The care facility where he was before coming to Legato was not a good place for him. He suffered several falls resulting in serious injury and hospitalization. Since coming to Legato his overall health and spirit have improved a great deal. I feel he is safe at Legato. The feeling at Legato is warm, calm and nurturing. The care staff are all friendly and professional. Activities are designed to keep residents active both mentally and physically. You quickly feel like part of a big, happy, supportive family. Legato has been a godsend to us.

My mom is currently a resident at the house. She is doing really well here. She enjoys all the attention she receives from all the friendly staff. I feel very comfortable that she is getting good care in a smaller environment. Very pleased with choosing legato living to care for my mom.

My wife moved to Legato Living at Legacy less than a month ago. This is the second place my wife has been, and I have never witnessed such examples of so above and so beyond care by the staff that this place has. When I walk in from outside, I am always greeted with a smile and a friendly update on my wife’s situation or condition. This makes me feel very comfortable that she is taking care of. This home creates a family atmosphere with a relaxing environment producing humoring remarks at times which help to ease the tension in our lives. The meals are great and worth staying for. They always give me plenty to eat. Overall, I am delighted that my wife is here with Andy and the staff and I feel in a better place in my life because of it.

Both of our parents lived in a Legato Living home, seven years apart. They both suffered from dementia and our mother also had Parkinson's Disease. The owners and staff really cared for our parents ... treating them with dignity and respect and providing excellent medical care. My siblings and I highly recommend Legato Living.

Erin Render and her team of caregivers and nurses at Legato Living were truly a godsend. We were blessed by their care for our mom who had Alzheimer’s and vascular dementia. Our mom had quickly declined under another facility’s care. The care she received in her time at Legato before her passing was night and day from the care she received at the previous facility.
Legato Living was truly an answer to our prayers. They were a life preserver for our family at a time when it felt like we were drowning with how to best care for our mom. In our first meeting with Erin, I found that she was genuine, honest, smart, and we shared the same goals with aligned values. She just fully understood it in a way that many others don’t in the elder care world. She jumped right in and helped, even going above and beyond to make it work for our family.
The home environment was a comforting setting to our family. The amazing staff and nurses lovingly cared for our mom. They were unbelievably communicative, knew how to care for our family in addition to our mom, and helped connect us to resources. They played a vital role in our mom’s care and served as a critical resource for our family in this mapless journey.
Having a loved one with dementia is incredibly difficult, but Legato Living is proof enough that there are angels living among us here on earth. We are so grateful that we had Legato Living on our family’s team and would highly recommend them to other families with loved ones who have dementia.

March 2022 Update - My mother recently passed away. She was provided with personalized, respectful, loving care each and every day until her death. My mother was able to remain in her home (that is what I would call Legato Living) and receive hospice care when it became necessary. The Legato Staff worked well with the Ascera Care Hospice team and together they helped my mother along on her journey with dignity. I can not say enough great things about our experience at Legato Living. If you are looking for a memory care facility for your loved one, I would highly recommend Legato Living.

Meet the Owner
Cole and Taylor Bopes reside in Elkhorn, NE with their two girls, Harper and Hadley. Cole grew up in Elkhorn, NE, and attended Elkhorn South High School. He is the Operator of Five Fountains. Cole enjoys spending time with his wife and kids, being outdoors, and traveling as much as possible.
Taylor grew up in North Platte, NE. She attended Hastings College and obtained her BA in Sociology and Psychology. Taylor moved to Omaha after college graduation in 2018. From age 8 through college, her time was spent playing soccer all over the states. Like her husband Cole, Taylor also enjoys spending time with family and traveling.
Cole is a wiz when it comes to business management and ensuring all members involved are satisfied and comfortable. Taylor has specialized in senior care for almost a decade and knows the ins and outs of the aging process including long-term care insurance, home health and home care services, senior living options, etc. The Bopes are compassionate and ready to guide families and individuals to live an enjoyable lifestyle in a safe environment.
The biggest piece of information The Bopes would like to share with families interested in pursuing a stay at Legato Living is that they understand it can be a huge and emotional transition, but that both Taylor, Cole, and their team will be there every step of the way. Their goal is to make not only the residents, but their families as well, feel right at home!
