Located in the peaceful Rockbrook area, just off Center Street and the I-680 North exit, this Legato home features a beautifully landscaped yard and elegant woodwork throughout.
With three fireplaces, rich wood finishes, library shelves, and plantation shutters in the spacious family room, residents will feel truly at home.
This ranch-style home offers four shared bedrooms and one private bedroom. It also includes four bathrooms, ensuring easy access from any room. The gourmet kitchen boasts elegant marble counters, while the dining room’s floor-to-ceiling windows and outdoor patio provide residents with stunning views of the tranquil, mature landscaping in the backyard.
For those living with dementia or Alzheimer’s disease, the size of the care environment is crucial. Large group settings can be overstimulating and overwhelming for individuals facing the confusion of dementia. At Legato Living at Rockbrook, residents can maintain the lifestyle they are familiar with while enjoying the comforts and amenities of a single-family home. Our residents receive individualized care in a spacious ranch-style home, ensuring a smooth transition into the next chapter of their lives.
Meet the Owner

Kelsie Slobotski
I’ve always felt a deep connection with the older generation, finding fulfillment in building relationships and learning from their life experiences. As a child, I spent Saturday nights at the Moose Lodge, sitting around the dinner table, listening to my grandparents tell stories with their friends while I drank too many Shirley Temples. In high school, my Grandma Lois was diagnosed with dementia and spent her last years living in a nursing home. I’ll never forget the heart-sinking feeling I had when I left after a visit, knowing she was alone in her room. Before my Grandma Margie passed away two years ago, she shared something that struck me deeply: “When you grow older, people only see you as ‘old’ and forget about the life you’ve lived and the accomplishments you’ve had.”
When I decided to start my own business, the Legato Living model felt like the perfect opportunity to pursue something I’m truly passionate about. Legato Living at Rockbrook is my way of honoring the memory of both of my grandmothers. It’s a place where we offer a home-like atmosphere with smaller staff-to-resident ratios, creating opportunities for meaningful connections and nurturing relationships.
When families choose Legato Living at Rockbrook, I want them to know that we consider ourselves family. We are passionate about being part of this chapter in each resident’s life, offering not just care but compassion. Our goal is to create an environment where residents feel valued, connected, and surrounded by a team that genuinely cares.
