Lanetra Ebron, owner of Legato Living at Zion Hill, brings a deeply personal and community-driven approach to memory care in Spartanburg, South Carolina. A Spartanburg native, she spent part of her upbringing in the Washington, DC metropolitan area before returning home in 2008 to be closer to family. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Special Education from the University of Maryland, College Park, and later completed her master’s degree along with National Board Certification.

Her path to memory care began through hands-on service in her community. Alongside her Administrator, Lanetra co-operated a group home for displaced adults, many of whom were elderly and low-income. Through this experience, she recognized a need for more compassionate, high-quality care options for seniors. She now partners with an experienced Administrator who brings over 27 years of nursing experience in assisted living and nursing homes throughout Spartanburg.

Lanetra’s philosophy centers on person-centered care, recognizing the value and individuality of each resident. At Legato Living at Zion Hill, care extends beyond medical needs to focus on dignity, connection, and quality of life by truly understanding each resident’s story.

As a locally owned home, Lanetra is committed to supporting families with direct access, education, and trusted local resources. Known for her compassionate and lighthearted nature, she finds joy in creating meaningful moments each day. Her vision is to provide a warm, intimate home where residents live with dignity and families feel confident in their care.
